"It all started with a dream , literally...and
I
believe it was an inspired dream. That dream
bought into being the original Spotlites product, the Family Values magnets.
As I learned more about the movement for
Character Education, I collaborated with illustrator Jane Cobb and developed
the full range of 18 basic Spotlites
Character icons.
Then, it became clear that everyone who made use of these would appreciate some more teacher-friendly information on the subject...and so, with the generous help of some very special teachers I know, the Idea/Activity Teacher Cards were "born".
It's my hope that the information
in this website will help you think
about HOW YOU CAN BECOME A
'SPOTLITER'.
And I believe that is the most important part of children's Character Education
......caring adult involvement.
